Updated to new one ui 3.1 . Now I lost chromecast support, smart view is basically useless. Samsung why can you leave things alone. I don't love my tab s7+ anymore.
I cast to my Sony Bravia Android TV from my tab S7+ running One UI 3.1 using Samsung SmartThings, once you get the account set up & scan for your devices it's as easy too use as chromecast.
Also I can no longer open 2 different spreadsheets at the same time in split screen view. This is annoying as now I can only open the sheets app once, and then open excel if I want 2 spreadsheets open at the same time side by side. Infuriating, the apps behav slightly different and I have to always be wary of what app I opened a spreadsheet in.
I accessed the SmartThings menu from the quick panel & cast videos to my Android TV from there. Should work on any TV as long as you're telly is a smart TV, both your phone or tablet are using the same WiFi connection as your TV.
