Galaxy Tab S7 Plus - Apps Restarting

Constant issue with apps restarting.  There from the start and after One UI 2.5 update. Happens when switching apps .

Let's try a soft reset on the Tablet. This will end all processes and give the Tablet a fresh start. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power keys at the same time until the Tablet switches off and back on again.

Hi, thanks for advice. Had already tried that but gave it another go anything. Also have issues with screen stuttering when scrolling. Issues with sensitivity on a small part of the screen. Had Tab S6, S4 and Galaxy Tab S 10.5" and never really had issues. Think maybe this one needs to be exchanged.
