Galaxy Tab S7+ doesn't support my usb C Headphone

I tried using my USB C type headphones on my samsung Galaxy S7+ and it just said " The connected USB device isn't supported" . Are there any known solutions?

I have a similar issue with my tab s7+, I just purchased a wired type-C earphones. I can’t hear any sound from it when I connect it to my tab. It works perfectly fine when I connect it to my Samsung phone
