Galaxy tab s3 .Tablet keeps freezing on start up

Tablet keeps freezing on start up. I have done factory reset, but the problem still happens. Can anyone help with this issue.

Hi, I would try doing an emergency firmware restore using Samsung Switch on your PC/laptop.
