Hi all

Got the s7 plus today with the keyboard cover but when pressing the dedicated @ key it types quotation marks instead. I've only had it an hour but thought somebody out there could probably advise me why is happening and how to resolve

Hi there,

I have this problem too, I have tried all sorts, set system language to all versions of english, set all versions of english under the physical keyboard setting and done a complete wipe of the tablet and started over and the issue still persists. any ideas of a fix?

Hi,

Did you ever find a solution to this? Having the same problem myself!

I realise this is a few years after you asked the question. Not sure if you've figured things out already. This is due to the different key mappings between UK and US English keyboards. There is no good fix because there simply aren't enough physical keys available. My solution was to install BOTH US and UK keyboards, and then use the Cmd-Lang function to quickly switch back and forth. Not elegant, but fit for purpose. Hope this helps.
