I've just got a Galaxy Tab A9+, been through setup and I can't download specific apps. I've tried downloading Reddit, Zwift and it gets to either 99% or 2% respectively before it stops, hangs and then says 'Can't install zwift' 'Try again and if it still doesnt work see common ways to fix the problem'. I then try instagram and it downloads immediately? I've gone through all the common ways to fix the problem and none of them have made these two apps download. The tablet is brand new, has 110GB free.

Also wanted to say I've already tried a factory reset as well and it didn't change anything.

Are you by chance using Smart Switch to set up your device? This can sometimes cause issues; if you are, move everything besides apps after a factory reset.
Try clearing its data by going to Settings > Apps, then scroll through the app list and select Google Play Store. Once there, tap Storage > Clear cache and then Clear data. Re-open the Play Store and try to download your app again.
Check this video:

Clear phone's cache partition:
Plug into a PC/laptop. Turn off the device, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons, release when the Android logo appears, and then navigate to "Wipe cache partition" using the Volume buttons and select it with the Power button.

Hi thanks for the reply.
I've followed that video all along and it makes no difference I also went into setup and did the clear phones cache partition, none of this has made a difference, Zwift still hangs at 2% on install reddit 99%. I didn't factory reset by going into the setup with the cache partition as in the video, I did a factory reset from the settings menu previously and this still didn't change anything.

As a test I've just uninstalled instagram and reinstalled it and it worked fine. No idea why reddit or zwift don't work?
