Hi, my sister's kids has a Galaxy Tab A6 (SM-T580 to be more precise). The problem is, that they forgot the password they used for that tablet. That wouldn't be a problem, HOWEVER they also forgot which Google account they used for it. So far I tried to use factory reset, yet it's still asking for the same password and Google account. Any ideas, how to salvage this thing?

Hey @mindebuc ,
that is so unfortunate. The only way that I know to bypass this is by taking the Tab along with a copy of the proof of purchase to one of our Support Centres: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/ to get this removed.
Keep in mind that during the repair all the Tab data will be removed due to the GDPR legislation.
