Our pin for our tablet has randomly stopped working. Every time I enter it, I get a message saying to wait 30 seconds. I held down the power and volume button to get it to reset. Upon resetting it asks for the pin, I enter it, it "verifies" it and the tablet starts up. Then it asks for the pin again (at the login screen) and it doesn't work, says to wait 30 seconds. I'm not tech savvy, so I have no idea what else to do...

I never set up a pin # in the first place. The tablet was pulled off of my desk while in use, and I caught it before it could suffer any impact, but when I looked at it it displayed a picture from my gallery, and a notice to input a password that I never set up.

I run into problems at step 5, since I was never issued nor did I request a password to open my Galaxy A. No such thing should exist on my tablet.

Does no one have an answer to this problem? It seems to happen quite a lot. Why?

Asking for a pin is the whole problem. There never was one.

It would seem that everyone on this particular conversation set up or was issued a pin #. Is there a conversation for those of us without a pin number to access our Samsung Galaxy A pads?
