Galaxy Tab A 10.1" 2019

Good Day everyone, New Member on this Community, Can anyone help me, My Tab A 10.1" 2019  has stopped allowing me to access it, when I swipe up to access my home screen the device is asking me to enter my password, but I have never entered a password since owning it. I have tried turning it off but again it is asking me to enter my password, I cant do a factory reset be

@dodger22: That's strange. Can you try heading to Find My Mobile via the link below, sign in with your Samsung Account details, and look for an option to remotely unlock the tablet, to see if you're able to regain access in this manner?

Thanks for the reply Andrew, I have tried that but its telling me I have the Find my Mobile turned off and to turn it on but obviously I can not do that because I have no Access to it.
