Galaxy promotion help

Hi I ordered a Samsung galaxy s7 fe tablet on 19th August through sky and it had a promotion on of free galaxy live buds.ive received my tablet but on the claim page it asks for an invoice number which I don't have so could someone plz help me as I'm not very good at doing this kind of thing.your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You may find the invoice number in an email from when you ordered your tab s7 fe. Or any paper work that came with your tab on delivery. If you haven't got either. I would contact sky, tell them you need the invoice number to claim the buds promotion.

Yeah and make sure you get it all done before the expiry date. If for some reason Sky take ages getting you your invoice number... you could exceed the expiry date and wouldn't be able to claim.

Invoice number can also just be the reference number or order number too. Different companies have different ways labelling it.
