Full screen apps on Tab A7

Just got a new Galaxy Tab A7.  Gone to Settings - Display, but there is no longer the option 'Full screen apps'.  Anyone know where this has gone?

I'm trying to display a website in Chrome in full-screen

Doesn't seem to be an option for it even in developer mode settings, not sure why Samsung removed that as well from their UI
