I send feedback via feedback and get told to post it in the community so the developers see it.

I post feedback in the community and get told to submit it via feedback so it can be sent to developers.

Clearly Samsung support are too lazy to deal with feedback and are fobbing me off.

Totally frustrating and very unprofessional. It leaves me wondering if I can be bothered which is exactly what Samsung seem to want from this confusion.

depends on how many samsung phone user's want to send feedback..
or I should say how many samsung phones have been sold and still in use... personally I'd look at Google before I'd ask on here

I'm not asking anything, just venting frustration at the shower of excrement that is Samsung's 'feedback' system. It would be better not to have it at all than fob people off via two different methods

Additionally, regardless of how many devices are sold and in use even the best Companies benefit from product feedback when bugs are found by end users
