my tablet S4 ( purchased spring 2019) has stooped accepting a charge after the latest update ( sept. 17, 2019). the unit says it's charging ( using multiple chargers i have used before ),but the battery level is continuously declining !!
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you on this one. Are you still having issues with charging?
If so, could you try letting the battery turn off naturally by reaching 0% battery? Once this is done, try charging again, and Soft Reset the Tab. To do this press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for around ten seconds.
If this doesn't work, then we'd need to get the Tab inspected by one of our engineers. Are you able to pop into your local Samsung Support Centre? You can find your closest here.
