Hi, new Tab s8, wi-fi. Updated May 23rd ok. Now I check for Software update and get 'registration failed', and no other response. Same for Security update. Appears to be a server to device checking issue. Will I still get auto-updates?

I am having the same issue with flagship S23 Ultra. No update since May 23 and Samsung folks are helpless. No solution till that. Thay have even refreshed my software still no solution

I have a Galaxy S23 and I also have this problem. Like others, I've been down the route of speaking to Samsung support. I went to an approved repair centre and they just told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the phone after running diagnostics. My network provider won't take responsibility as the phone is over 1 year old. Note that this problem only starting happening for me after I did a factory reset. For now, the only solution I have is to regularly check for updates with the Windows Smart Switch app and update that way. This is a slow process and very frustrating.
