Email photo attachments - Galaxy Tab S7+

Can anybody tell me how I can add gallery as a choice to "open with " command when trying to open an emailed photo attachment.

If you tap on the download icon (arrow pointing down with a line underneath) instead of the Google Drive icon (or any other icon showing). It should then show up in your Samsung Gallery for viewing.

Thanks for replying to me, when I click on the only download icon that shows (it doesn't show with all the other "open with" icons) it downloads to my files without giving the option to open in gallery. Do you have any other suggestions?

That's odd because when I tap on that download icon. It puts it automatically into a folder, it creates, called Downloads in the gallery app.

What phone have you got? It's not mentioned in your post.

Ah, therein lies the difference, I'm using galaxy S7+ tablet. Sorry, I forgot to say that.

It shows the same thing on my Tab S7+ though?!

Thanks for your help, I haven't sorted it yet , I just got round if by emailing it to myself and opening it on an ipad.
