Disney plus sound but no picture - Tab A tablet

I have issues with my Samsung Tab A tablet. The Disney plus app gives sound and a black screen? Netflix and all other TV stations work fine... any ideas?

Try clearing the Disney app data

Note: you may have to setup
Login details again
