I've tried signing on Google chrome and samsung Internet...I have even tried signing in with a samsung device and with a samsung account. I've even tries resetting the cache and making samsung Internet the default browser.

Once I click on check eligibility on this device.. it says that I am not eligible. Its ridiculous.

Same here, samsung support have remote connected to my device on 3 separate occasions, each time they did the cache wipe and same error.. last time the bloke said he's just done it for 20 other people and it all worked so he's stumped why mine isn't. We're supposed to call me again about an hour ago and apparently they were going to arrange for the code to be sent to me, same as for the Galaxy Store Voucher..
