Purchased my S8 Ultra from Curry's. Have tried to claim pass code for 6 months free Disney + but after signing in to Samsung account just keeps taking me to the same page with same instructions; no form to complete; no code provided. Help someone please.

I am in the same situation after buying the S22  Ultra . I have followed the process  but there is no code. I have used different browsers on my mobile and laptop. Is there an email to contact someone?

I contacted Samsung by private message on their Facebook page and found them incredibly helpful......far better than samsung support page.
