This is in Jamboard but it also happens in other drawing/writing apps. Deadspot is in different places at different times. Tablet is not in a case, so this is not the magnet issue reported by others. Its only with the S-pen, not when using a finger. Is this a return to seller issue or is there a simple fix we can try? Thank you

Hi @CarloL - I've had an email notification that you replied but it doesn't appear on the post.

The tablet is still doing this.

It is not in a case and never has been. It is not external magnets, it happens when used on the table and when hand-held. Its really frustrating. Its still in guarantee but if we can fix it at home that would be best. Thanks :smiling-face:

Thanks for getting back to me! Unsure why the previous post was not published. Could you do a Hardware Test of the touchscreen? Simply, go to the Phone app and dial *#0*# this will start the Hardware test > Then proceed with "Touch" and draw on all rectangles until they are all green. Are you able to light all rectangles and are there any red ones after the test?

The test showed no red rectangles. The problem comes and goes, and moves around on the screen. It hasn't done it again since you posted this test! We'll keep testing Next time it happens, we'll test again straight away. Its really frustrating because it is so intermittent!
