Connect both my laptop and wired headphones at the same time

Hello everybody, does anyone know how could I connect my tablet to my laptop to transfer data and also use my wired headphones at the same time for calls?

I purchased this Sounix 5 in 1 adapter but seems it's not compatible with the tablet.

What port are you using to connect to the tablet? The USB 3.0 or USB C?

You may need to connect a charger to the adapter to provide power to it, I have to do this with my USB C adapter hub.
