Hello, I made an order on feb 14th for the new ultra tablet, I got my confirmation email from Samsung finance that it went thru, they even took the down payment for the plan but I haven’t got a confirmation email for the order itself and it’s supposed to ship today 25th (???) after trying to track my order it still says processing? Tried reaching out the different customer services pibe and emails but no real answer has been given…
