Hello Everyone,
I ordered the Samsung s8 ultra yesterday at around 7 AM and till now no confirmation email or anything identical has showed up. Yesterday, I spoke to the support and managed to get the order number. However, checking for the order by that number on the order's tab says that there is no such order.
The order was placed on Samsung's Italian website , the money has been deducted by Klarna and I ordered it as a guest. Note I was hoping I would get the option to create a Samsung account during the order process but that was not the case.
Any ideas?
