Charging port issues Tab A7

Hi, my daughter has a Galaxy Tab A7 SM-T500. We've had to have the charging port replaced by Samsung under warranty as it had become loose and not charging. It's happens again now and we're looking to get a newer Samsung tablet but are concerned we will have the same issue, does anyone know if the charging port was a weak point on that model or an Samsung tablets?

By compy or other daughter has Amazon fire tablet and we've never had issues.

I have tab s7+ and tab s9 ultra. Never any issues with charging port, same with my Samsung phones. Could just be bad luck with the tab A7.

Hi, I own the Tab S8 Ultra and the Tab S9 Ultra and have never had any issues with their charging ports. Saying that, I used to own an older Tab 2 10.1, which, after several years of use, suffered from a loose charging port. However, I think that was down to the charging cable being too short which caused it to bend excessively near the port. This must have caused too much stress on the port and, over time, loosened it. I now use extra long USB cables.
