I tried to claim the cashback on the s10 fe+ I bought however, the website did not ask about my bank details. Can anyone clarify why this is.

Yes. I completed the form 3x for 3 separate items, and none of them asked for my bank details.

The shopping website says cash back, but after applying, the email says I took part in Samsung Wallet cashback, which is quite deceitful because in the past, I've actually received cash into my bank account when the promoted as cashback. I expected cashback, not a virtual card, that I would be forced to spend eventually.

They should clarify the type of cashback right from the beginning

Not the exact same issue, but I can find the claim website for this offer I am still within my 30 day claim period any help would be appreciated, thanks.

This deal wasn’t cashback to your bank. They will send you a pre paid Mastercard with your cashback amount on that card
