Cannot type wouldn't with a physical keyboard

When trying to type wouldn’t with a physical keyboard, typing either ' -> t or '' (the new way to type ') causes it to auto-correct away the entire word, leaving me with either 't or just '. I am using US INTERNATIONAL as my layout (since I tend to type in multiple languages, and it is the closest to US INTL from Windows, my primary device).

I am using a Galaxy Tab S8 with OneUI 6.0 (recently updated). The issue only started after the update.

Hai! I am in Portugal with a device purchased in Portugal and otherwise am Portuguese. Curiously, my device did not provide me with an email contact (and live chat is off). Thanks for the link, that one does have an email.

Have you already downloaded the language in English from the US and UK? I use English a lot on my phone because I have many friends from the US, and so far, I don't have any issues with what you are saying! But I use grammarly, which is offered by Samsung keyboard, and I downloaded the US and UK languages to my S22 ultra and S23 ultra!
