I can open up the apps, but cannot connect to watch. I can watch amazon prime but not Spectrum or Disney. have cleared cache and did factory reset per samsung rep. Cannot figure this one out.

@dsirons: Where did you purchase the tablet from, as if it is currently outside its intended region then this can cause compatibility issues with some apps and features? Are you getting any error messages when you attempt to view content on Disney+ and Spectrum? Have you tried checking the Google Play Store for any app updates that might address the issue?
Have spent numerous days on this problem. Working with Samsung tech didn't solve problem, did factory reset and this tablet is the only one that has this issue. Have decided to go and purchase a newer model.
