I recently bought a Tablet S8 direct from the Samsung store and it is registered under My products page under my account with the serial number etc.
I received an email a while ago saying there was an offer available via Samsung Boost to claim a Disney+ subscription. However, at the time it had me going round in a loop trying to claim it and I eventually gave up as the links I was being directed to were not working.
I received another email today reminding me to claim the 6 month Disney+ offer (which inclines me to think the offer is definitely still valid and I haven't missed a time frame or anything). The T&C's section of the email even says that it only includes S23 family device, S22 family device and Tab S8 family device, which I'm assuming the Tab S8 should be included in (unless it is only the S8+ & the S8 Ultra, which it doesn't state)
I have tried through Chrome, Samsung Internet, clearing the cache on both browsers, signing in with my email and with my device and I have tried using both mobile & desktop site and still nothing.
I have been able to claim codes for other offers such as the Youtube Premium & the Google Play, yet nothing for Disney+. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, have you found a work around/fix?
