Cannot change between users after system shutdown sm-p610

i just purchased a new s6 lite tab. when you do a system restart you are forced to sign in with the admin account before the guest account can be loged in.

I have read on here about simlar problems with other tablets however the settings they talk about i can not find in my securtiy settings. 

i cant be there all the time to sign it in first and i need this to be opeartional for others when i am not there.

-it seems you need to remove other users from your tablet - guide

- if persists, backup your files and do a factory data reset for a fresh start

-note: remove all the Google accounts from the tablet before the factory data reset

thanks for your reply , In my paticular situation, i was setting up two new tab s6 lite tablets there is only the admin profile and one restricted user on both tablets.  so there is no other user to remove and as it is anew install on both talbets. can you think of any other reason this would happen setting issue etc.

Can any admin please confirm you have raised the concerns about this illogical Samsung only feature that is making sharing tablets very annoying?
