Can't play 2k videos anymore on samsung A7 tablet model sm-tm500

Can somebody help. When I first got my A7 tablet I used to be able to play 2k videos on YouTube, but since I have had some system updates I can only play 1080p max on YouTube. I have gone into the settings and put everything to high but it still only let's me play at 1080p. And my Internet hasn't changed. ANY ideas?

I have tried to bring up the bios settings but it Don't work, the tablet just turns on normally. Even tried volume up and down button but no luck.

Tried it with the cable plugged in, still nothing. Might just reset the whole tablet back to factory settings
