Can't make phone calls on my Galaxy S6 and using my Samsung J5

Ive linked to my phone to my Galaxy S6 but is there a way I can use my SIM card and Wi-Fi account on my Galaxy J5 2016  To my New Samsung tab S6. As in when I have my phone and my tabs with me together I can use the Wi-Fi the type get on my phone account and all the of to make phone calls from my tablet instead of picking up my phone. Sorry if this is of too simple one but I am rubbish it technology 42  And never Grew up with a computer

There is a feature called 'call & text on other devices', which needs to be enabled on both devices and you need to be using the same WiFi network and samsung account on both devices too. Unsure if this is available on the J5 though, look under advanced features in settings.
