Camera shows a black screen and back button doesnt work.

Hi guys

I switched on my tab a6 2016 today and found out that the camera had failed. When you press the camera app a black screen appears and ' camera failed 'eventually appears. Whilst on the black screen, the back button doesn't work, you have to press the home or previous places button to escape. I recently updated to the most recent android update, and the camera has worked since then. Any ideas guys. MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Try running a hardware test on the camera. Open up the Calculator app > enter (+30012012732+ > into dialpad type *#0*# > Select the Camera option.
