Hi everyone,
I'm posting things here since I'm completely frustrated about the situation and customer service of Samsung. I have bought a tab s7 FE from the beginning of December last year. Samsung promised it comes with a keyboard and 100 Euro of google play coupons.
In the end of January after countless call, they sent me a link in 26 January to accept the coupon, which i clicked. On the 28 January they sent me another link ( as Promotion) email, which i have no notification, said that error occurred and i hace until 31.01 to accept it. Obviously i missed it :).
With the coupon failed, i've insisted to get my book cover. But it's already March and i got nothing. These scam attempts and horrible customer are so disgusting to me, especially when it comes from my trusted big company like Samsung.
