Blue highlighting in notes in s6 lite

I don't why the text is getting highlighted and disappearing on opening my saved

notes why this green highlighting Is appearing,I haven't Choosen for it,pIs let meknow

I haven't changed any wallpaper or theme,I tired on portrait mode It is the same
