I would be happy to have a look into this with you. Have you made any changes to the tab recently? If not, we would like you to check if the software and apps are up to date. If they are, run the phone in safe mode to see if a third party app may be causing the issue. Please follow these steps to put your device into Safe mode: Turn off your device > Power on your device normally > As soon as you see the Samsung logo, hold the volume down key > Keep hold of the volume down key until you’re onto the home screen > Safe mode will be indicated in the bottom left corner in a small black bar.
All Apps are current. No pending Updates.
Booting in Safemode doesn't make really sense.
Booting in Safemode causes the flight mode be on. So no WLAN connection until I turn the flight mode off.
When I turn the flight mode off, I immediately get a WLAN connection.
Rebooting my S5e in normal mode.
WLAN is on, but no connection.
I immediately get a WLAN connection when I trun flight mode on / off or I trun WLAN off / on.
Neither the Play Store nore the Samsung Galaxy Store show required updates.

Also the Bluetooth connections don't work.
Neither the Bluetooth Icon nore the WLAN Icon appears in the top status line.
Also here: Enabling Flight Mode and disabling Flight Mode again, enables WLAN and Bluetooth.
The device don't work correct after a restart without doing any action.
Due to the fact that WLAN was off for 2 days (I didn't) recocginze it, I stressed my Internet budget (Mobile data) und now I have to pay an additional fee... for 2 days after the update I worked with mobile data all the time...
