Access Secure folder on Tab A7 2020

I have Tab A7 2020 and it has jnox security but i can't see secure folder in 'Biometrics and security' and if i try to download Secure folder from play store it gives an error 'cant install secure folder'. Can someone  guide me on this issue

I have the same issue too, my S7 has it, can't use the old Tab A 2016 smart switch transfer it,

I recently bought a Samsung tab A7 from Telstra in Bondi Junction after they assured me that it had Secure Folder like my last TABLET. When  discovered the problem they have so far refused to let me upgrade to a more expensive model with the feature .  So far Bondi Junction have flatly refused and sent my request to Head Office. BEWARE,
