A9+ tablet screen randomly becomes unresponsive

Long story short, I got an A9 plus tab about a month ago, the screen randomly locks & becomes unresponsive. It always happens when using apps like tiktok, instagram, pokemon go etc.

 The tablet has been factory reset 3 times, booted in safe mode & serviced by samsung but, the issue still persists..

 Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

It could be app' related. You could try disabling or uninstalling one app at a time, then reboot and see what happens. It'll be time consuming, of course, but you might be able to find the rogue app causing the problem.

I already did that, it didn't help at all.. I've now got rid of the tablet & bought a Lenovo tab M11 which runs so much better than the A9+
