A9+ Tablet not charging

I bought a new A9 from Samsung directly 2 months ago and I'm concerned it might be faulty.

It can take over 24 hours to charge. I am using the Samsung Usb-C to C cable that came with it and my phone fast charging plug.
I have also tried various other plugs and cables with no joy.
Googling and searching on here tells me this seems to be a common fault, but most were charging after 6 or hours not 24!
I have done a hard reset and enabled the fast charging button.

Any other suggestions or should I take it back?

I would contact or return to where you purchased it. You've tried everything I would have tried.

Thanks Fiona. It was the online official Samsung Shop. After 2 months it must still be under warranty so I think I'll have to try. Just wanted to check that it sounded more fault rather than standard expectation for this model. (Always has S-tabs before but couldn't afford it when my last one began to die so had to downgrade to the A!) Wish I hadn't, my dying 10 year old S10.5 still romps this Tablet!

There was a firmware update a couple of days ago that may fix your problem, have you installed it?

I've had the same problem 4 times had it back each time don't seam too be able too fix it at over £150 it's not acceptable

Mine is the same, had it a few months and now it dont really charge, the fast chargers pretty much stopped working with it aswell so going to contact them tomorrow and try get it swapped. Mine was from the Samsung website too as it came with my s25 ultra
