Could you please give us more details about the issue?
You say that QuickShare isn't working; what happens when you try to share your contents, you don't see the other device or you can begin to share the content, but the process stops?
I want to share with you the correct steps to follow for using QuickShare:
Step 1. First, make sure the Quick Share feature is turned on for both devices. On the other device, open the notification panel, swipe downwards, and then tap Quick Share to activate it. It will be blue when it's activated.
If the Quick Share icon does not appear in your Quick settings panel, you may need to add it.
Step 2. Launch the Gallery app and select an image. Tap the Share button and select a device to transfer the image. Accept the file transfer request on the other device.
Step 3. If you’re having trouble connecting to another device, swipe down from the top of your screen to open Quick Settings, and then touch and hold the Quick Share icon. Tap the switch next to "Show my position to others" to let nearby devices see your device when they are using Quick Share. This option will only show if Quick Share is enabled.
Can you confirm that you follow these steps? I wait for your kind reply.

ti ringrazio per il riscontro.
Vorrei che verificassi la situazione, sul Tab, anche sotto Modalità Provvisoria, così da capire se l'anomalia persiste a livello dei processi nativi.

NB: da Android 10 in poi viene attivata automaticamente la modalità aereo. Disattivala prima di testare chiamate telefoniche o connessioni.
In questo speciale ambiente (di test, non di uso comune), la maggior parte delle App di terze parti saranno bloccate, così da poter verificare, utilizzando le funzioni principali del dispositivo, se l’anomalia riscontrata sia dovuta ad un conflitto creato da un'applicazione esterna.
Per uscire da tale sistema protetto, sarà sufficiente un semplice riavvio.
