Wasted folder space on homescreen

There is a lot of unnecessary empty space in folders. Considering One UI is meant to make one handed use easier, I believe this space is redundant and the app icons should be placed lower on the screen or the folder height should be reduced to match the amount of used rows in the folder.

the should be adapted to the number of apps and also moved close to the bottom like everything else is so it easier to select with one hand.

There is no reason for the folder header to take up 1/3 of the screen height. In addition to allowing configuration of the number of icons per row (3 is ridiculous!), fill from the bottom up (to improve one-handed usability), and allow icons to rise higher on the screen before forcing a second page. (Or at least make the amount of header space configurable)
