Vibrate to ringtone

It would be nice if the ringtone had a setting where the phone vibrated first and then went into ring after a couple vibrates..   this would give me a chance to answer it before the audible ring.   

Also I had a phone (nokia) previously that had a ringtone that was a soft beep as a sports watch would do at its hourly chime this was great for quiet indoor events.  people would barely hear it and wouldn't even know that it was a ringtone.
