Split audio/media output

I just had an idea for split audio output.  See, I'm sitting here wanting to listen to some music from my Bluetooth speaker but I would also like to watch videos on my phone with that video's audio coming out of my phone, instead of the bluetooth speaker. Maybe this could be achieved best with choosing an app's audio output. This way i could choose spotify, youtube music, or bob and sheri to my bluetooth speaker. And i could choose facebook, youtube, or ingcognito tab to come out of the device (maybe make device audio default for incognito.) Volume levels for each output can be adjusted individually(just like another audio setting when adjusting volume)
