Settings button in the notification tray

Hey,

Is there any chance that settings button in notification tray will be brought back little bit lower so it's accessible after extending the notification bar?

Previously it was possible and now the button is so high that it's strictly impossible to acces it using one hand. 

I have no idea if it's something that developers forgot to implement or this is just a new idea for one UI 3.0 but in my opinion it was much more convenient in one UI 2.5 (screenshot of version 2.5 is a random one from Google images)

Thanks for your opinion and the suggestion 😊. I'll send your idea to our development team. Let's see if any changes can be introduced to the Settings button to enhance the use of the phone with just one hand! 😉
