How about having a Samsung version of iMessage? Spice up the messaging app abit.

Include animations, stickers, emojis, different templates to create a different messaging experience.

I believe most of this is already possible. 

First make sure RCS is switched on in Chat settings via:

Messages>Click Hamburger button>Settings>Chat Settings>Rich Communication Settings

Make sure this is switched on.

Then when in messages you should see an extra strip above your keyboard for adding audio clips, videos, BitMoji etc..

Also Samsung has teamed up with BitMoji to allow use within Samsung Keyboard.
