Samsung should allow all their mobile phones purchased outside of contracts to be able to use RCS messaging among other options. If you pay £1300.00 for a product and you're not tied up in a contract, you should be free to use all available options.

@viv_matt I've never noticed RCS available in the Samsung messages app, so I assumed my network provider doesn't support it (Three UK).

I now use Google's messaging app which supports it regardless of your provider, as Google have implemented their own system for it that doesn't rely on network providers.

Rich Communication Services are supported by S10 devices.

However, it depends on the network provider if you have those options enabled or not.
