Notifications Made Smaller

Users should be given options on how big notifications are shown on screen. The current one being the default for everyone. 

I find it annoying when I'm watching a video and someone calls, a large oval covers the screen.

I think there should be an option for it to appear on the status bar.

So the status bar would turn green with the name of the person calling with the option to answer or decline.  This would make notifications simple and simplistic.

I for one would prefer this option.

thank you for sharing your opinion! The notifications are already smaller than they used to, however, I don't think it would be possible to minimize them as much as you want. Calls have the highest priority among all apps, so the notification about an incoming phone call has to be visible. You can make the notification window smaller in the Call settings, but it sill has to appear this way.
