Notification Centre - One Hand Reachability

OneUI3.0 no longer allows to reach the top right icons using one hand when pulling down fully. Reachability was a key feature of OneUi that has now been removed on this particular screen.

I've already forwarded a similar suggestion to our development team. The idea is currently under consideration! 😀
