Notification Bubbles Configuration

With the new notification bubbles introduced, theres a few things I feel could be configurable.

1. You should be able to set the size of the windows that open, as of right now they just take up half of the screen as far as I'm aware, you should be able to resize it to fit the whole screen or however you want it.

2. The notification bubbles should remember where they last were on your screen before they were dismissed. So that when they reappear, they appear in their last location rather than just the top left of the screen.

I said something similar too, you should also be able to configure which apps you want the bubbles to open with, like WhatsApp and SMS only etc, at the moment it's just in or off.

I'm pretty sure you can do that. If you go to the app you want bubbles for in settings and go onto its notifications, you should be able to set whether you want it to use bubbles or not.
