Native Call Recording UK

Could you enable native call recording in future releases as I imagine call recording is important for some people using these phones as a daily driver. I am aware other regions have this enabled by default, so is there a reason why it isn't enabled in the UK?

I have heard that there could be some legal problems regarding that case.

So I will send it to the legal team and if they give us a green light then our development team will look into that

Yes you are right @TomaszT  it is a legal thing in the UK and parts of Europe. As Call recording is available on handset on non European CSCs

What is the legal on this? As every solicitor, barrister or police officer I've asked said it is okay providing you have sought permission. Even so, you can only share it with that person and court I believe?

Any progress on this one?? Sometimes this is really crucial feature when talking with banks, internet providers and  other companies.
