Bring back "Hide Camera Cutout"

After downloading the beta I have noticed that you can no longer hide your display cutout on OneUI 3.0. I'd love for this feature to return as it's something I use a lot and doesn't seem like it should be too difficult to implement.

sure it was gone in one of the 2.5 updates

I still had it in oneui 2.5 on S10+, I think they just moved it
