Battery statistics

I kind of like the new battery page but there is lack of statistics there. It would be good to mix the new style from Android 10 with the statistics from Android Pie..

The current stats page refers to a midnight to midnight stat cycle (in 2hr increments) , which is nice if you want to break things down.

But I think most users still think in terms of the charging cycle (as noted in a couple of other posts). So a set of stats related to time on battery since last charge, screen on since last charge... etc... the app usage figures were previously calculated from last charge in the old settings. This would help users guage what battery life they are getting on a regular basis.

I sometimes charge mid day and then have to add up the time over multiple days.
